Q MBTI Assignment To complete the assignment, you need to know your MBTI personality type. If you haven’t completed the test yet, click the link below. Link to MBTI Test: http://www.humanmetrics.com/personality Using the information from class and on-line resources, research the characteristics of your type and write a brief (approximately 2 pages) paper about your personality type as it does (or doesn’t) relate to you. Information might include strengths and weaknesses, common career choices, behavioral tendencies, and so forth. What you discuss in your paper is up to you if you include these key components: • Your 4-letter type & the percentage for each letter • An assessment of how well the type describes you. Explain why or why not to provide supporting details. • Describe how your personality traits influence the way you collaborate with others on a team. • A description of how you ‘fit’ into your team. I suggest that you complete the Individual MBTI Assessment Data Collection Document as a team to help you with the last item. Notes: • You may discuss your type as it relates to you letter-by-letter, or talk about the characteristics of the type, but do not write a generic description of your type without relating it to yourself. Do not copy the information directly from the website output. • Remember to cite any outside sources of information that you use for your assignment.
